All billing related to audit and recovery service as well as for the lost and damage management service is done according to the number of shipments processed through Refund OS and payments are made to a credit or debit card securely store within your Refund OS Account.

Per shipment audited

Each shipment is audited is billed at $0.05. The filing of all disputes related to billing mistakes, including overcharges, late shipments, and more is included.

Per claim filed

Lost or damaged shipment claims filed through the Refund OS system are billed at $5 per claim filed. This includes claims filed manually or through AutoFile.
